How do I track my order?
You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking code once your order has been dispatched. Follow the instructions in the e-mail to track the delivery status.
How long does it take to receive my items?
All orders for items that are in stock will be processed and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. Pre-ordered items will be dispatched on the date stated on product page. Standard shipping to metro areas takes 2 - 5 business days and express shipping takes 1 - 2 business days. Standard shipping to regional areas takes 5 - 8 business days and express shipping takes 2 - 4 business days. Please note that there is no express shipping to some regional areas and standard shipping can take up to 14 business days.

Do I get a replacement if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you entered the wrong shipping address. If you fail to notify us in time, we will not provide any replacement or refund once your items have already been dispatched.
